Yenilenmiş Ürünler

Yenilenmiş ürünler, daha önce kullanılmış veya çeşitli nedenlerle iade edilmiş ürünlerin belirli kontrol, bakım ve yenileme süreçlerinden geçirilerek yeniden kullanıma sunulmasıyla oluşturulur. Yenileme sürecinin amacı, ürünün teknik açıdan çalışır ve güvenilir durumda olmasını sağlamak, kullanım ömrünü mümkün olduğunca uzatmak ve tüketicilere daha ekonomik bir alternatif sunmaktır.

Yenileme sürecinde ürünler, teknik performans, fonksiyon, fiziksel durum ve güvenlik açısından kapsamlı kontrollerden geçirilir. Ürünün temel fonksiyonları test edilir; gerekli görülmesi halinde arızalı veya performansı yetersiz parçalar uygun parçalarla değiştirilir. Temizlik, bakım ve gerekli onarım işlemleri tamamlandıktan sonra ürün yeniden test edilerek satışa hazırlanır.

Kalite Seviyeleri

Yenilenmiş ürünlerin kozmetik ve teknik durumları farklılık gösterebilir. Bu nedenle ürünler, fiziksel görünümleri ve kullanım durumlarına göre farklı kalite seviyelerinde sınıflandırılabilir.

Çok İyi Durum: Ürün teknik olarak sorunsuz çalışır ve genel fiziksel görünümü oldukça temizdir. Kullanıma bağlı çok hafif izler bulunabilir.

İyi Durum: Ürün tüm temel fonksiyonlarıyla çalışır. Kullanıma bağlı hafif çizik, iz veya kozmetik kusurlar görülebilir.

Kabul Edilebilir Durum: Ürün teknik kontrollerden geçirilmiş ve çalışır durumdadır. Kozmetik açıdan daha belirgin çizik, iz veya kullanım belirtileri bulunabilir.

Kalite seviyeleri belirlenirken yalnızca ürünün dış görünümü değil, teknik performansı ve temel fonksiyonlarının çalışır durumda olması da dikkate alınır. Kozmetik farklılıklar ürünün kullanım performansını doğrudan etkilemez.

Güven ve Şeffaflık

Yenilenmiş ürünlerde kalite değerlendirmesinin açık ve anlaşılır şekilde sunulması tüketiciler açısından önem taşır. Bu nedenle ürünün yenileme durumu, varsa kozmetik kusurları, teknik kontrolleri, değiştirilen parçaları, garanti koşulları ve ürünle birlikte sunulan aksesuarlar hakkında mümkün olduğunca net bilgi verilmelidir.

Yenilenmiş ürünler, uygun kalite kontrol süreçlerinden geçirildiğinde hem ekonomik hem de sürdürülebilir bir alışveriş alternatifi sunar. Kullanılabilir durumdaki ürünlerin yeniden değerlendirilmesi; elektronik atıkların azaltılmasına, ürünlerin kullanım ömrünün uzatılmasına ve mevcut kaynakların daha verimli kullanılmasına katkı sağlar.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, buyers have the right to return the products they purchased without giving a reason and without paying any penalty, by exercising their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery in transactions related to the sale of goods, and within 14 days from the date of purchase in transactions related to the sale of services.

Situations Where Refund Is Not Possible

Situations where a refund is not possible even if the buyer requests a return to the store within 14 days are as follows:

• Products that are custom-made upon the buyer's request, or made personalized by making changes or additions,
• Audio or video recordings (DVD, CD and Cassette etc.), printed products (Books, magazines etc.), software programs and computer consumables opened by the recipient,
• Products that are at risk of rapid deterioration or expiration,

Use and Responsibility

According to legislation, the buyer is not responsible for any changes or damage that occur during the withdrawal period, provided the product is used in accordance with its operation, specifications, and instructions. However, the buyer will be responsible for any damage resulting from abnormal use, and in such cases, the store may not accept the return.

Opening the product's packaging, testing it, or using it as usual—that is, using the product as usual—does not void the right of withdrawal. If the seller delivers the product to the buyer within the withdrawal period, the buyer may use the product only to the extent required by a regular inspection. Otherwise, the buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Return Policy for Electronic Products

In order to receive a return for electronic products within the scope of the "Right of Withdrawal":

• The original box of the purchased product must not be damaged,
• Finding the invoice,
• All supplementary accessories must be shipped with the product.

If not sent, the return request will be rejected.

Special Circumstances

• For products that are installed by the service, no refund will be accepted if the box is opened or the installation is done outside of the service.
• Inserting a SIM card into a purchased mobile phone and connecting it to a Wi-Fi network will result in the device becoming second-hand. According to relevant legislation, the Right of Withdrawal requires that "the product's saleability not be lost" under the Right of Withdrawal. Therefore, products with a SIM card installed or connected to Wi-Fi cannot be returned under the Right of Withdrawal. In the event of a defective product, please contact the store. The store may request a technical service report.
• For return requests between 6 and 24 months, excluding the Right of Withdrawal, the product must be sent to the technical service and a return decision must be made by the service.
