	Kargo süresi maksimum 2-3 iş günüdür. (Genellikle sipariş saatine ve kargonun ofisimize geldiği saate göre değişmekle birlikte, aynı gün kargolanabilmektedir.)
	Kargo ile size teslim edilirken kargo görevlisinin yanında paketi kontrol ederek teslim almanızı önemle rica ederiz.
	Müşteri hizmetlerimiz hafta içi 9.30 -13.00  &  14.00 - 17:30, Cumartesi 09.30 – 13.30 saatleri arasında hizmet vermektedir. Bu saat dilimleri dışında göndereceğiniz mesaj ve yapacağınız aramalara mesai saatleri içerisinde geri dönüş sağlanacaktır
	Şikayet kaydı oluşturmadan önce sizlere daha hızlı ve kaliteli hizmet sunabilmek adına öncelikle firmamızla iletişime geçmenizi rica ederiz.
	Satışını gerçekleştirdiğimiz bütün ürünler %100 orijinal olup taşıma sırasında oluşabilecek kargo ve paketleme hasarlarını tarafımıza bildirmenizi ve muhakkak tazmin tutanağı tutturmanızı rica ederiz.
	Satın alacağınız ürünün ödemesi kargo size ulaşıp siz onay verdikten 15 gün sonrasına kadar sitenin havuz hesabında bekleyecek olup bütün süreç %100 alım işlemini gerçekleştirdiğiniz sitenin güvencesindedir.
	Beğenmediğiniz ürünü iade kuralları çerçevesinde iade edip ödemenizi geri alabilirsiniz. Tüm bu iade ve alışveriş süreci 100% olarak satın aldığınız sitenin güvencesindedir. Bu nedenle rahatlıkla alışverişinizi gerçekleştirebilirsiniz.
	Ürünlerimiz faturalı olarak adınıza ya da firmanıza çıkışı yapılmaktadır. Sipariş esnasında verilen bilgiler daha sonra değiştirilememektedir. Lütfen sipariş esnasında bilgilerinizi tekrar kontrol ediniz.
	Üründe herhangi bir problem görülmesi dahilinde mesajlar kısmından ürünü iade göndermeden bilgi vermenizi rica ederiz. Bilgi verilmeden gönderilen iadeler süreci uzatabileceği için süreci sorunsuz ve en hızlı şekilde sonlandırmayı hedeflemekteyiz.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, buyers have the right to return the products they purchased without giving a reason and without paying any penalty, by exercising their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery in transactions related to the sale of goods, and within 14 days from the date of purchase in transactions related to the sale of services.

Situations Where Refund Is Not Possible

Situations where a refund is not possible even if the buyer requests a return to the store within 14 days are as follows:

• Products that are custom-made upon the buyer's request, or made personalized by making changes or additions,
• Audio or video recordings (DVD, CD and Cassette etc.), printed products (Books, magazines etc.), software programs and computer consumables opened by the recipient,
• Products that are at risk of rapid deterioration or expiration,

Use and Responsibility

According to legislation, the buyer is not responsible for any changes or damage that occur during the withdrawal period, provided the product is used in accordance with its operation, specifications, and instructions. However, the buyer will be responsible for any damage resulting from abnormal use, and in such cases, the store may not accept the return.

Opening the product's packaging, testing it, or using it as usual—that is, using the product as usual—does not void the right of withdrawal. If the seller delivers the product to the buyer within the withdrawal period, the buyer may use the product only to the extent required by a regular inspection. Otherwise, the buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Return Policy for Electronic Products

In order to receive a return for electronic products within the scope of the "Right of Withdrawal":

• The original box of the purchased product must not be damaged,
• Finding the invoice,
• All supplementary accessories must be shipped with the product.

If not sent, the return request will be rejected.

Special Circumstances

• For products that are installed by the service, no refund will be accepted if the box is opened or the installation is done outside of the service.
• Inserting a SIM card into a purchased mobile phone and connecting it to a Wi-Fi network will result in the device becoming second-hand. According to relevant legislation, the Right of Withdrawal requires that "the product's saleability not be lost" under the Right of Withdrawal. Therefore, products with a SIM card installed or connected to Wi-Fi cannot be returned under the Right of Withdrawal. In the event of a defective product, please contact the store. The store may request a technical service report.
• For return requests between 6 and 24 months, excluding the Right of Withdrawal, the product must be sent to the technical service and a return decision must be made by the service.
